With important changes within the team, Globo's International Business area announces a restructuring. In charge since December 2022, Angela Colla leads a team that seeks new strategic partnerships in content and business models.

Since 2006 at Globo, Rodrigo Nascimento takes over as Head of International Business – Europe, Middle East and Africa. Based in Portugal, the position reinforces Globo's operations in the territories, aiming to open conversations and strengthen existing relationships, always with the goal of developing new businesses and partnerships, expanding the presence of products and stories in the market. He takes over after leading the activities of Customer Success, Business Planning and Management, among other functions. The International Advertising area remains under his management.

Gabriel Bonelli arrives as the new Head of International Sales. With eight years of experience at the company, he was part of the sports channels and, since 2020, he acted as Manager of Product and Performance Modeling, allowing him to work on strategic projects such as the reformulation of Premiere's packaging and pricing policy and development of partnerships for distribution with national and international players. In the new position, the executive will be responsible for leading the sales and commercial planning team, with the constant challenge of awakening the market's interest in Globo products, taking the Brazilianness of the productions to more and more territories and audiences.

After working at The Walt Disney Company and Google, Marcela Parise, who has been working in the International Business area since 2020 as Head of International Marketing, is now also responsible for the scope of Customer Success. In this new position, she will continue to lead the Marketing actions that reinforce the diversity of Globo's portfolio in the international market, and will also be responsible for creating solutions for customer satisfaction throughout their journey.

This year, Pablo Ghiglione was also announced as the new Head of International Coproductions. With more than 12 years of experience in content distribution and negotiation, Pablo led important agreements between Globo and platforms such as HBO Max and Paramount+, in addition to all the main channels and communication groups in Latin America. In office, Pablo leads the expansion of international co-production projects, such as the recently announced agreement with the Disney Group, for the co-production of movies.
