CANAL+ has announced key changes to the roles of several members of its Management Board as part of a broader strategic evolution. These changes are designed to strengthen the group’s global operations and enhance cross-regional synergies across its growing footprint. Let’s take a closer look at the new appointments and expanded responsibilities.

Jacques du Puy has taken on a new role as head of Global PayTV, a newly created division that consolidates all of CANAL+’s pay television activities. This includes operations in France, Poland, Central Europe (Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania), as well as Africa and Asia. The division is tasked with steering the performance of the group’s PayTV business worldwide, providing a unified strategic vision across regions, and promoting collaboration across teams in the French Overseas Territories and Africa.

Also, Amandine Ferré, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board, now assumes responsibility for all financial functions across CANAL+ Group and its entities. In addition to her CFO role, she continues to oversee the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, reinforcing the group’s commitment to sustainable and responsible growth.

Finally, Anna Marsh, already serving as Deputy CEO of CANAL+ Group and CEO of STUDIOCANAL, has been appointed Chief Content Officer. In this expanded position, she will lead the group’s global content strategy. Her mission includes integrating content initiatives across regions while respecting local specificities, promoting knowledge-sharing among content teams, and using data-driven insights to guide acquisitions and productions.

Commenting on the new leadership structure, Maxime Saada, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of CANAL+, stated: “CANAL+ has grown considerably in recent years. In ten years, the group has doubled its number of subscribers, reaching nearly 27 million in more than 50 countries. This new organisation should enable us to fully leverage the beneficial effects of CANAL+’s global footprint by strengthening the synergies between all its regions. I would like to congratulate the Members of the Management Board on their new responsibilities," expressed.
