CYBER GROUP LAUNCHES DIGITAL GAMES FOR "TAFFY", "SADIE SPARKS" AND "THE PIRATES NEXT DOOR"

Tha animation studio announced an agreement with the independent videogame developer BTC Studios PLC, to create, develop, market, and distribute new mobile, PC and console games for the enjoyment of players worldwide.

Paris and Los Angeles-based producer and distributor Cyber ​​Group Studios, announced an agreement with the independent videogame developer BTC Studios PLC,  to create, develop, market, and distribute new mobile, PC and console games for the enjoyment of players worldwide.

According to the agreement, BTC Studios PLC will develop interactive software games based on Cyber Group Studios’ catalogue hit series: Taffy, Sadie Sparks, and The Pirates Next Door. Nominated for The Best Kids Short Award at the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International, Taffy follows the adventures faced by loyal hound dog Bentley, when his billionaire old lady owner Mrs. Muchmore takes in Taffy, a raccoon imposter posing as wide-eyed, fluffy angora cat.

Sadie Sparks, on the other handcenters around the daily life of a teenage girl who discovers that she has extraordinary powers. Unfortunately, such powers can only be harnessed in partnership with an ancient and extremely grumpy magical rabbit called Gilbert, who just wants to retire. For those who love good laughs, The Pirates Next Door, is based on the best-seller by Jonny Duddle, and follows the daily life of a family of pirates who settles in a tiny seaside town. The series is already a worldwide success as it has been sold to over 100 countries.

Jaroslaw Zeisner, COO of BTC Studios assured that the first two mobile games ‘Taffy: Feed the Kitty’ and ‘Taffy’s Food Run’ already started production and that the goal is to start development the next games within the next six months, in order to star commercialization as planned on 2020’s second quarter.
