PRIME’S DOCUMENTARIES TRAVEL TO CANADA

TV5 has acquired “Lonely Motherhood” and “The Edith Scaravetti Case: Criminal Women” for its programming offer.

Prime Entertainment Group reaches a new deal with TV5 Canada for two documentaries. The Canadian network just acquired an intimate portrait of women, “Lonely Motherhood” (1x52’) following the emotional journey of about-to-be mothers facing their first pregnancy and motherhood as single parents, as well as a thrilling and sensitive crime and investigation program “The Edith Scaravetti Case: Criminal Women” (1x60’) an new investigation program retracing the trial and the events that led Edith Scaravetti to be charged with man slaughter and the death of her companion.

This deal follows the footsteps of serval others documentaries acquired from PRIME’s sizable catalog over the years. Indeed, since 2018, TV5 Canada has signed for “Love and Sex in North Africa” (1x52’), “The Juvenile Squad of the French Riviera” (1x52’),  “The Mont Saint Michel” (1x52’), “Firefighters: a summer on high alert” (1x52’), “Unit of Difficult Patients: What Future for the Criminally Insane?” (1x90’) and more recently  “Gypsy Weddings” (1x52’) and “Canadair” (1x52’) the story of Canada’s most famous rescue plane.
