Movistar Plus+'s "The Anatomy of a Moment" has conquered the audience, placing it among the platform’s most-watched productions. Three out of every four viewers who watched the first episode remained hooked on the series, reflecting exceptional engagement levels.

Reflecting its strong launch impact, during the weekend following its November 20 premiere, "The Anatomy of a Moment" led Spain’s Top 10 most-mentioned series on social media and ranked as the second most-interacted drama digitally.

The series had its world premiere at the San Sebastián International Film Festival. After screening out of competition in the festival’s official section and continuing through the Rome Film Festival, Barcelona’s Serielizados Fest (where it won Best Spanish Series), and the Almería International Film Festival (FICAL, Best Series, Best Showrunner, Best Actor), the series earned unanimous critical acclaim. It also marked a milestone for Spanish drama by being presented on its release day at the Spanish Congress of Deputies before opinion leaders and public officials, including Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and Congress President Francina Armengol.

The series has just been nominated for five Feroz Awards (Best Drama Series, Best Actor for Álvaro Morte, Best Supporting Actors for Eduard Fernández and Manolo Solo, and Best Screenplay), as well as two Forqué Awards (Best Series and Best Male Performance for Álvaro Morte).

"The Anatomy of a Moment" is directed by Alberto Rodríguez and written by Rafael Cobos, Fran Araújo, and Rodríguez himself, produced by José Manuel Lorenzo. The cast includes Álvaro Morte, Eduard Fernández, Manolo Solo, David Lorente, Óscar de la Fuente, Juanma Navas, Miki Esparbé, Alejandra Onieva, Carmen Blasco, and Pedro Casablanc. Based on Javier Cercas’s novel about Spain’s 23-F coup attempt, the series is an original Movistar Plus+ production in collaboration with DLO Producciones and in association with ARTE France.
