MIPTV 2021: RED ARROW TO LAUNCH NEW SHOWS ACROSS SCRIPTED, FORMAT, AND FACTUAL

Red Arrow Studios International announced plans to present various new shows across scripted, format, and factual genres at this year's MIPTV 2021. The titles were produced by award-winning creators such as Endor Productions, Florida Entertainment, and The New York TImes, among others.

The company’s scripted offering will be led by the second season of the premium international drama series "Vienna Blood" and "Departure." "Vienna Blood" is produced by Endor Productions and MR Film for ORF in Austria and ZDF in Germany. A second installment of "Vienna Blood," set to be released soon, features an additonal three feature-length episodes, written by screenwriter Steve Thompson and adapted from Frank Tallis' best-selling novels. "Departure" is produced by Shaftesbury and Deadpan Pictures for Global in Canada and stars Archie Panjabi.

Its format catalog features original new gameshow "Stealing the Show!." Based on the hugely successful original version produced by Florida Entertainment for ProSieben in Germany, the series serves as a game show format innovation. Alongside the format is "Secret Treasures of the Museum," originally produced by Snowman Productions for DR in Denmark. Additionally, the company will feature the lengthy eighth season of "Married at First Sight Australia," produced by Endemol Shine Australia for Nine Network. The season eight premiere of the hugely successful local version was the most-watched entertainment program of the day in Australia. Season 12 of the show's US adaptation will also be presented, produced by Kinetic Content for Lifetime. 

Factual highlights include eight 60-minute episodes of "The Weekly: Special Edition," produced by The New York Times, as well as "Left/Right" for FX and Hulu. The collection also features the popular new release, "Framing Britney Spears’" which tells the story of a famous pop singer's court battle. Other factual titles include six episodes of "Behind History" from WildBear Entertainment for Kabel Eins Doku in Germany. WildBear Entertainment also serves as the creator of the four-part series, "Surviving Australia," produced for Nine in Australia.
