The Ripple Effect is a boutique content agency founded by Adva Avichzer, a former executive at Gil Formats, Armoza Formats, and Endemol Shine Israel. "There is so much good content locally - it deserves to reach audiences around the world", said Avichzer in a chat with Señal News. She explained that the company works hand-in-hand with creators, identifying strong concepts and providing the tools and guidance needed to thrive beyond their domestic markets. “If a project excites us and has potential, we’ll get behind it—developing it alongside the creator and shaping it for success on the global stage,” she added.

The Ripple Effect is also actively involved in financing its projects. “We’re sourcing and securing investors, but most of the funding will come from co-productions, as I believe that’s the way the industry should operate and the direction we’re heading,” she stated.

PIPELINE PROJECTS

The current slate from The Ripple Effect includes multiple thrillers, a crime series, and high-concept dramas. “We have a few strong IP-based projects,” said Avichzer. “For example, one of them is a high-concept fantasy thriller based on a bestselling book by an Israeli author that has been translated and published into 15 territories, including the U.S. and the UK.” She emphasized the company’s strategic focus on high-potential content, adding, “We're also starting an exciting new collaboration with Platige Film Project, a bold new division of the award-winning animation and VFX studio Platige Image—best known for its work on The Witcher, Another Day of Life, Love, Death & Robots, and Secret Level. Platige Film Project marks the company’s entry into scripted television, with a mission to deliver elevated, genre-driven storytelling for global audiences. We feel lucky they chose us to help guide their expansion into the international scripted market.”

Another standout project Avichzer spoke about is an action series developed as an Israeli-Mexican co-production. “It’s a truly unique and captivating concept, and I often refer to it as ‘Jewish Indiana Jones,’” she said. “The project comes from the talented team at Slutsky Productions (HSCC), one of the most experienced production companies in Israel—partners I deeply respect and genuinely enjoy working with.” she said.

LATIN AMERICA OPPORTUNITIES
The Founder and CEO of The Ripple Effect, Adva Avichzer, emphasized the significant opportunities the company sees in Latin America. “The two territories I work in most are Israel and Latin America,” she said. She also noted that The Ripple Effect’s Head of Sales, Viviana Hadid, is originally from Mexico. “Viviana truly understands the culture and has deep connections across the region.”

Avichzer spoke warmly about the region: “We love working with Latin America. There are incredible people, amazing creatives, and so many exciting opportunities". She mentioned that the company is currently in negotiations for a co-development deal with a well-known Brazilian company. “I feel very fortunate—it's been less than a year since we started the company, and we're already involved in so many exciting projects,” she concluded
