In its latest study about SVOD demand in Mexico, Parrot Analytics revealed which were the most outstanding series in the country during October. The company contextualized each title within the market by stating the show's performance as different from the average demand for a series in the market. A difference of 1x represents the market average and 10x means a series is ten times more in demand than the average TV show in this market.

The most in-demand digital original in October for the month was Netflix's “Squid Game”. The show premiered on September 17 but continued to rise in demand in October as audiences around the world discovered this show.

“Titans” came in second place this month with 13.75 times the average series demand in Mexico. The show concluded with its finale on October 21 in the United States, but has not yet been made available on HBO Max in the country.

At the same time, two shows from Apple TV+ were among the ten most in-demand digital originals in Mexico this month: “Ted Lasso” finished its second season at the beginning of the month and had 11.62 times the average series demand. Meanwhile, the highly anticipated adaptation of Isaac Asimov's “Foundation” series premiered at the end of September and continued to release episodes weekly into November. In October, it was renewed for a second season.
