After more than a decade serving as the CEO of Pantelion Films and Pantaya, Paul Presburger is departing the company to focus on Globalgate Entertainment, the production and co-financing company he co-founded six years ago.

TelevisaUnivision announced the completion of its acquisition of Pantaya, a streaming platform in the United States for Spanish-language movies and series which the company will combine with its ViX and ViX+ offer.

The series, produced by Fremantle Mexico, will be available on Starzplay for Latin America.

"Señorita 89" recently launched in Pantaya in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and on Starzplay in Spain and Latin America. "KaDeWe – Our Time" is Now is a Constantin Television and UFA Fiction production in co-production with ARD Degeto and RBB.

Produced by Teresa Fernández-Valdés who also serves as the showrunner, and Ramón Campos, the show will premier this fall through Starplay in Spain and Latin America and in the U.S. and Puerto Rico on Pantaya.
