New entertainment format, developed by producer Kinetic Content, a Red Arrow Studios company, has been picked up by ProSiebenSat.1’s Seven.One Entertainment Group, and Red Arrow Studios International will distribute it worldwide.

WME Partner and Literary Agent Melissa Myers has been named President and Partner of a new venture between Kinetic Content’s Founder and CEO, Chris Coelen, and Red Arrow Studios, the production division of ProSiebenSat.1.

The distributor reached multiple deals with broadcasters including M6Group, ProSiebenSat.1PayTV, RTL Belgium, and Sky Italia.

Italy’s commercial broadcaster announced it has raised its stake in ProSiebenSat.1 to 24.2% from 20.1%, as it presses ahead with its plans “to create a pan-European TV champion”.

After the company saw a a tumbling share price drop from more than €14 at the start of the year to less than €7 now, the former CEO will be replaced by Chief Financial Officer, Rainer Beaujean. The broadcaster announced that it would change its strategic focus and concentrate on its efforts for entertainment programming.
