ZAG continues to build its executive leadership team, as the company has appointed former Zinkia executive Maria Doolan, who drove the global growth for the hit “Pocoyo” brand, to the newly created position of VP of TV Content.
After seeing its title succeed upon launching on TF1 in France, and garnering a 47.7% market share, the global independent studio will confide in the company to oversee all licensing and merchandising aspect of the toy line, with Boing set to distribute it across the region.
ZAG continues to build its Latin American licensing team, appointing Melisa Fuhr as Licensing & Retail Director for South America. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she will be responsible for licensing activities across the territory.
Disney Channel is set to air seasons four and five of the series. The brand consumer products in the works include coloring activities by Crayola, electronic by Kid Designs, candy by Galerie, among several others.
