VIACOMCBS EXTENDS THE TRIAL PERIODS FOR IT STREAMING SERVICES IN THE AMERICAS

ViacomCBS Networks Americas, a division of ViacomCBS, announced a 1-month extended trial periods for OTT streaming services in Latin America, except Brazil, including Noggin and Paramount+ for new users accessing the service, starting the week of April 13. The organization is offering access to the best educational and entertainment services in Spanish while many are currently homebound and unable to attend school or work.

Starting the week of April 13, Noggin, Nick Jr.’s top-ranked interactive learning subscription service for preschoolers, will extend its trial period from 7 days to 1 month for all new users who access Noggin for the first time on the iOs and Android apps.

Noggin is an interactive learning service for preschoolers that allows subscribers and free trial users to watch online or download long and short-form Nick Jr. content featuring favorites like PAW Patrol, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Team Umizoomi, Dora the Explorer and Bubble Guppies, among others. In Latin America, the safe and ad-free service also offers an English-language curriculum for preschoolers titled “Garden Academy,” a section within the app created in partnership with the Ecuadorian chapter of the prestigious Swiss academy, “The Bénédict International Language School.”

Noggin offers preschoolers educational and entertaining content “edutainment” featuring trusted Nick Jr. characters that kids know and love — developed by curriculum experts. Noggin launched in the U.S. in 2015 and has consistently ranked at the top of the U.S. charts in the Family and Kids.

Starting the week of April 13, Paramount+ will also extend its trial period from 7 to 1 month for all new users via iOs or Android marketplace apps. Paramount+ is an SVOD entertainment service from ViacomCBS Networks Americas, which brings together content on the same platform for the whole family with a unique content proposal, with films from the best studios and blockbusters, renowned and critically acclaimed series, popular International IPs from ViacomCBS’s brands (MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon) and successful local original content.

Paramount+ offers unprecedented entertainment in Spanish with an extended catalog of acclaimed international series on-demand such as The Handmaids' Tale, Killing Eve, Schitt’s Creek, Line of Duty and Kevin Costner’s Yellowstone. Paramount+ also features an extensive library of up multiple titles and genres across ViacomCBS' MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Channel and Nickelodeon including Acapulco Shore, De Ferias Com O Ex Brasil, Jersey Shore, Catfish, Are You The One?, Just Tattoo Of Us, Alternatino, dozens of Latin American stand-up comedy episodes and more.

For kids and families, Paramount+ features hundreds of episodes of beloved Nickelodeon programs including SpongeBob SquarePants, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Hey Arnold!, The Fairly OddParents, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Big Time Rush, The Thundermans, iCarly, NooBees, Yo Soy Franky and Every Witch Way, among others.
