BBC Studios Drama Productions has announced a development partnership with Nigerian television pioneer Mosunmola "Mo" Abudu, founder and CEO of global entertainment network EbonyLife Media.

Abudu plans to create two Netflix Original series, along with multiple Netflix branded films and a series that have been licensed, one of which will premier this year. Further details will be shared at a later date.
