Banijay Entertainment has announced a brand-new format from Banijay Productions Germany. The reality competition "Villa of Temptations" will launch in Germany next month, hosted by Verona Pooth. It is scheduled to premiere on Monday, July 7 on SAT.1 and will be available for streaming anytime on Joyn.

The bold new format features 14 celebrities moving into what appears to be a paradise for two weeks—but appearances are deceiving. There is no glamour, no beds, and no showers. Instead of champagne and canapés, contestants will face hard mats and minimal rations. Any added comforts or temptations must be paid for—directly from the €250,000 prize fund. Every indulgence comes at a cost to all. Will loyalty prevail, or will self-interest dominate? In "Villa of Temptations," giving in could mean losing—or not.
