Blink49 Studios boosts global growth through strategic expansion

The company will focus on branded content, formats, and acquisitions to drive global growth. Industry veterans Adam Puchalsky and Adam Steinman join Executive Team.

Blink49 Studios, a Fifth Season backed company, today announced a strategic expansion of its content operations, strengthening its focus on branded content, global formats, and acquisitions. This growth initiative is marked by the appointment of two esteemed industry leaders: Adam Steinman and Adam Puchalsky. 

Adam Steinman, a seasoned formats and acquisitions expert, joins the company as Executive Vice President, Global Formats and Acquisitions where he will focus on identifying, acquiring, and developing innovative content formats across both scripted and unscripted programming. Based in Los Angeles and reporting jointly to Tara Long, President of Global Unscripted, and Pancho Mansfield, President of Scripted, Steinman will leverage his extensive experience to identify and acquire innovative formats and expand Blink49’s international footprint.  

Steinman’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at Warner Bros. International Television Production and a multi-year overall deal at Walt Disney Television Alternative, as well as serving as President and Founder of Mount Royal Films LLC. His impressive portfolio includes the global success of series such as Impractical Jokers, The Bachelor franchise, Who Do You Think You Are?, Cash Cab and Little Big Shots. His global industry expertise and ability to secure innovative content partnerships will be pivotal to Blink49’s international growth.
 
Adam Puchalsky has been appointed to build and lead Blink49's newly established brand-funded entertainment division as President, Brand Studio. Reporting to Tara Long, President of Global Unscripted, he will oversee the creation of brand-driven content and experiences that integrate strategic partnerships with impactful storytelling. Based in New York, Puchalsky brings extensive experience from leadership roles at Wavemaker, UM Studios, and Hartbeat, where he spearheaded campaigns for global brands such as P&G, Coca-Cola, and JPMorgan Chase. With a proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships and developing proprietary intellectual property, he has consistently driven growth and creative success.

This announcement follows the recent appointment of industry veteran Mark Ford as Chief Creative Officer for Unscripted Media Development and Production, further reinforcing Blink49’s commitment to assembling a world-class leadership team. With these strategic hires, Blink49 Studios is poised to lead the next wave of global content innovation, blending premium storytelling with dynamic brand collaborations.
