Calinos Entertainment sells canadian series "Alert Squad" to Japan

Calinos Entertainment announced the sale of "Alert Squad," a police-driven drama produced by Canadian’ production company Pixcom, to Japan. This milestone expands the series’ international reach, now available to Japanese audiences through Calinos’ robust licensing network.  

"Alert Squad," produced by Pixcom, follows a dedicated Missing Persons Unit as they race against time to recover the missing alive. Built on human drama, the series blends intense investigations with emotional depth, earning it the title of “Best Annual Series” at the 38th Prix Gémeaux Awards from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and TV. Now in its fifth season, "Alert Squad" continues to captivate audiences with its compelling storytelling. 

Calinos Entertainment secures this deal as part of its mission to spread joy to audiences worldwide. Having sold over 130,000 hours of programming to more than 120 countries, Calinos brings "Alert Squad" to Japan, reinforcing its legacy of unique content.
