This adaptation marks a significant milestone in Cedars Art’s ongoing strategy to expand its global footprint by adapting its IP for new and diverse markets.

The original Lebanese series “Al Hayba,” spanning 5 seasons and 150 episodes, captivated audiences across the Middle East, with its cinematic finale released theatrically worldwide. The series, centered around family loyalty, power struggles, and love, became a cultural phenomenon, attracting international critical acclaim and securing its place as one of the most successful productions in Arab television history.
AyNA Yapim's “Far Away” brings the core of the “Al Hayba” narrative to Turkey’s rich television landscape, under the direction of Ahmet Katıksız and starring Ozan Akbaba and Sinem Ünsal. This collaboration reflects Cedars Art Production’s commitment to exporting powerful Middle Eastern stories globally, while offering tailored adaptations to local markets.
