Fox Entertainment and Gordon Ramsay partner to launch a new venture

Fox Entertainment announced the acquisition of Studio Ramsay, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s production company, from All3Media. Now, the chef and the American group are launching a new international venture, Studio Ramsay Global, which will be co-owned by both parties and will be ran by Ramsay.

The British celebrity will develop, produce and distribute culinary and lifestyle programming for Fox, with whom he has been in business with for many years with shows including “MasterChef,” “MasterChef Junior” and “Hell’s Kitchen”. He also has an upcoming cooking competition called “Next Level Chef”. The new venture will also produce for AVOD service Tubi and international broadcasters.

Studio Ramsay Global will operate offices in both London and Los Angeles, and now serve as the exclusive production home for all new series featuring and/or produced by Ramsay. Fox Entertainment’s in-house unscripted studio, Fox Alternative Entertainment, will oversee production on all new programs from Studio Ramsay Global.

At the same time, content for other platforms, both internationally and in the United States, will continue to be produced, with Studio Ramsay’s Chief Creative Officer, Lisa Edwards, broadening her responsibilities with the newly formed company.
