Fremantle taps Thalia Crone

She will report to Bob McCourt – COO, Commercial and International. The exec will be responsible for implementing an efficient end-to-end content delivery process across all areas within the Commercial and International division, globally.

The British production an distribution company Fremantle announced the appointment of Thalia Crone as their new Global Head of Media Supply Chain Operations, reporting to Bob McCourt – COO, Commercial and International. In this newly created role Thalia will be responsible for implementing an efficient end-to-end content delivery process across all areas within the Commercial and International division, globally. In addition, her role will be responsible for optimising the interaction with rights management, royalties estimations and data reporting.

Thalia joins Fremantle from Warner Bros. Discovery where she worked as Director, EMEA Content Operations responsible for the content supply chain and localisation. Thalia joins with over 20 years’ experience in the Broadcast and Media arena, with an extensive understanding of content supply chain, vendor management, localisation, distribution and change management. 

Bob McCourt, COO Commercial and International, Fremantle referred to the new role: “We are delighted Thalia will be joining the Commercial and International team in this newly created global role. With Thalia’s extensive experience in supply chain operations in the broadcast and media industry, she will be pivotal in ensuring our existing teams have the information, guidance and tools to deliver the most effective and efficient end-to-end process possible," commented.

Finally, Thalia Crone, Global Head of Media Supply Chain Operations, Fremantle described her main tasks: “I am thrilled to be joining Fremantle in this newly created role, and to work with the multiple teams both within the Commercial and International division, as well as across the wider Fremantle business, to design, develop, integrate and deliver a streamlined end-to end supply chain that will enhance and optimize our end to end processes," added.
