Glass House Distribution has picked up worldwide sales rights and theatrical release of "Ingress", the directorial debut of award-winning writer and filmmaker Rachel Noll James ("Don’t Pass Me By"). The feature is produced by Sienna Beckman of Emergence Films. Noll James, who also wrote the script, delivers a powerhouse performance in the lead role of Riley.

"Ingress" was released theatrically on January 23rd in ten theatres across the US. The Los Angeles screening will be at the Glendale Laemmle Theatre from February 23rd through the 29th with the attendance of the director, cast, and crew.

The film has garnered numerous accolades in the festival circuit, most notably the awards for Best Feature, Best Directorial Debut, and Best Lead Actress (Rachel Noll James) at the Climax Festival International de Cinéma Indépendent.

“As a filmmaker, I have found myself continually drawn to the complexities of human relationships. 'Ingress' is a story seeded from experiences in my own life, and expanded to the farthest reaches of my imagination. What I love most about talking to people after they see this film is that no two people take away the same message. But, the message each person takes is deeply personal to them,” says director-writer Rachel Noll James. “I like to think of this film, as Lucas says in one of the key scenes, as a doorway for people interested in exploring new ways of viewing the world and their place in it,” she adds.

"Ingress" was the first narrative feature helmed by Emergence Films, the US and UK-based production company co-founded by Rachel Noll James and Sienna Beckman.
