GRB Media Ranch closed a raft of European deals ahead of Mipcom

France Television, Telefonica, Heritage Films, Pluto Nordics, JOJ Slovakia, and YES Israel are among the buyers for the company’s contents.

Gary R. Benz, CEO of GRB Media Ranch https://www.grbmediaranch.com/ announced several European deals which the Company closed in advance of this year's MIPCOM: with France Television and Telefonica for Dan Partland/Rob Reiner political doc “God & Country”; with JOJ Slovakia and Pluto Nordics for several paranormal programs for; with YES Israel the inspiring film “Magnolia’s Hope,” from and “Carol of the Bells.” GRB Media Ranch is exhibiting at MIPCOM 2024 at stand number R7.A16.

YES Israel licensed “Magnolia’s Hope,” an intimate doc about a family dealing with their daughter’s disease, Rett Syndrome, a rare, debilitating disorder. The story follows eight years of the family's struggle to cope with a child's special needs.

Heritage Films acquired the holiday feature film “Carol of the Bells” and its behind-the-scenes documentary special, for several MENA countries. The film is produced by Joey Travolta, and stars RJ Mitte (known for his role in “Breaking Bad”), portraying a young man with a troubled past who embarks on a journey to find his biological mother, only to discover that she is developmentally disabled. The film was produced by Inclusion Films in partnership with Futures Explored, Inc. and Options for All, with 70% of the crew members having developmental disabilities.

JOJ Slovakia (aka Ceska) acquired paranormal content from GRB Media Ranch including “Death Walker,” where Nick Groff theorizes and investigates the origin of some of the most notorious hauntings in America, redefining the understanding of the paranormal; “Death Walker: A Person that Walks Among the Dead”; and “Aliens on the Moon,” a documentary special that goes beyond the “official” story to examine what really might have happened on the historic day that mankind first set foot on the moon in 1969.

Pluto Nordics also acquired “Death Walker” as well as “Untold Stories of the E.R.”; “On the Case”; and “Full Force Nature” for Scandinavia.
