Gusto Worldwide Media announces its newest show in production "One Big Recipe" (8x60), hosted by Montreal Chef Kim Lallouz. The new program shows audiences how to pull off a mouthwatering, toast-worthy, four-course dinner all in one afternoon.

In "One Big Recipe", host and chef Kim combines all the recipes, from prep work to plating, and distills it into one master list. Chef Kim selects recipes that balance taste, texture, and temperature, with an eye for presentation to give it that restaurant wow factor. By combining and reverse engineering all four dishes, home-cooks get a fool-proof guide to create a stunning feast alongside Chef Kim.

“With the integration of second-screen shooting, we continue to push the food-genre and evolve our content in-house as seen in our latest show, 'One Big Recipe',” says Chris Knight, CEO and President of Gusto Worldwide Media.

Chef Kim Lallouz is an ambitious restauranteur and successful businesswoman from Montreal. Before she became a full-time chef, she spent some time in the fashion industry but always had an interest in the restaurant business. In 2010, she opened her first business: Miss Prêt à Manger, a catering service that focused on local products. With the expansion of her culinary empire growing on social media and in Montreal, she opened several restaurants with a focus on original dishes, fair prices, and fresh produce. In 2016, she starred in a cooking show “Les Garden-Partys de Kimberly” and is now bringing her knowledge, passion, and love for food to "One Big Recipe".

Gusto is the world’s leading all food-content provider, with 670 hours of original programming, streaming on more than a dozen platforms around the world.
