ITV Studios France recently appointed Céline Roux as Chief Operating Officer. "We are extremely proud to welcome Céline to our team as COO. Her talent, expertise, and experience in the production of content, whether it be in unscripted, documentary, or drama, will be an invaluable asset in the development of ITV Studios France. She is an excellent addition to our ambitious roadmap with the ITV teams," Thierry Lachkar said. "I would like to thank Sébastien Petiot for his tremendous contribution to the success of ITV Studios France over the past 6 years. The entire ITV Studios France team joins me in recognizing a great professional with an impeccable mindset. We wish him all the best for the future.”

Following the arrival of Thierry Lachkar last December as its CEO, the arrival of Céline Roux will enable ITV Studios France to enter a new phase of growth in the French market, leveraging its position in the unscripted programs sector and documentaries, accelerating its development in new areas such as drama, serving both historical clients and platforms. Céline Roux succeeds Sébastien Petiot, who has decided to leave his position as Chief Operating Officer of ITV Studios France to focus on new projects.

“Thanks to the talent and dedication of the teams, and the support of the Group, I have had 6 exceptional years in this beautiful house that is ITV," Sébastien Petiot said. "I would like to thank Thierry Lachkar and Lisa Perrin for their unfailing confidence and wish Céline every success. I am delighted that she has agreed to join ITV Studios. Her great human and professional qualities will be decisive in enabling Thierry and the teams to achieve the ambitious goals of this new chapter for ITV.”

Céline Roux started off her career in 2001 within the TF1 Group, within the finance team of eTF1. She then went off to serve as finance manager of two production subsidiaries of the TF1 Group: Quai Sud (nonfiction) and Alma (fiction). In 2011, she became a producer of fiction ("Crossing Lines," season 1 and 2) and animation series ("Les Mini Ninjas" season 1 and 2 - "Kikoumba" season 1).

In 2016, she joined TF1 as Deputy Director of Acquisitions for French Fiction. In 2018, she was appointed Secretary-General of Capa (Newen Studios) before joining Newen France (a subsidiary of Newen Studios which groups together the activities of Telfrance, Capa, and 17 Juin) in 2021 as Deputy Managing Director of Unscripted Operations. Céline Roux also produced the documentary "Animal", directed by Cyril Dion, presented in the official selection of the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and nominated at the César Awards in the "best documentary film" category. In September 2022, she became Chief Operating Officer of ITV Studios France.

“I am very happy to join the ITV Group," Roux said. "I would like to thank Thierry Lachkar and Lisa Perrin for their trust. I am looking forward to working with the ITV Studios France team and bringing all my experience to the table. The expansion of the company's business scope is extremely exciting and promising. We have a lot of great projects to accomplish and worlds to explore together. This new adventure promises to be exciting."
