Jarkko Luoma appointed new CEO for Fremantle Finland

Fremantle Finland announced the promotion of Jarkko Luoma to CEO. Luoma takes over as CEO after Joonas Hytönen, who has decided to step down. The change of management is effective since April 1, 2022.

Luoma comes from the position of Head of Development & Sales in the company, a role he has had since 2019. He has 24 years of experience in the TV industry in Finland, out of which 12 years as Head of Development and Executive Producer at Moskito Television Oy and nine years as a producer with Van Der Media Oy.

“Both as a creative and as a team leader, Jarkko is capitalizing on a wealth of experience, accumulated over decades in the industry. I am looking forward to working closely with Jarkko in his new position, as we continue to build Fremantle Finland into the place the best creatives want to call home,”  commented Daniela Matei, CEO Fremantle Nordics and Poland.
