Dori Media Group announced the appointment of Joshua Mintz as Chief Content Officer to further expand the company's portfolio of international productions following the significant increase in demand for international content around the world, especially in Latin countries.
Mintz, who will join the company immediately and will report to Givon Snir, Head of Content, has had a very successful career in the television industry for more than 30 years, with leadership and production positions at four of the most important Hispanic television networks in the United States and Mexico: TV Azteca, Telemundo, Televisa and Univision.
“Joshua's appointment reflects our growing ambition to expand our international portfolio and the level of success that Dori Media's international formats continue to achieve. TV and video demand and consumption are fundamentally changing, and we look forward to ensuring that we remain close to our partners to deliver the content that their viewers desire. Joshua and I know each other very well after having worked together in the industry for a long time, and we have built a very strong relationship. I have no doubt that his experience and success in the industry will help us achieve our goals,” said Nadav Palti, CEO and President of Dori Media Group.
"I am looking forward to starting and joining this team after the success that Dori Media formats have had over the years. I'm certainly delighted to be working with Nadav and Dori Media after all these years, and it's great to see how forward-thinking Dori Media is in terms of their approach. This is particularly important when considering how the pandemic has accelerated the need for innovative approaches to deliver content, just when channels need it most," Joshua Mintz added.
