Leverage Point Entertainment (LPE) has launched in the entertainment scenario as a boutique sustainability agency designed to help creatives and companies discover their unique “leverage point” for change. LPE offers a comprehensive approach to environmental and systemic transformation in media production across the Film, TV, Commercial, and Entertainment sectors.
Founded by Zsófia Szemerédy, LPE offers comprehensive sustainability services for film and HETV production, supporting projects from greenlight to wrap and beyond. Their hands-on approach includes sustainable storytelling, budgeting, and decarbonisation strategies, all backed by a vetted network of green vendors.
“After over a decade in film and TV, I’ve seen firsthand how storytelling can shift culture. We’re at a tipping point—and each of us has a unique leverage point to drive real change. With Leverage Point, we’re here to help the industry see sustainability not as a constraint, but as a creative force. From development to distribution, we want to support filmmakers and stakeholders in embedding sustainability into every slate, budget, and story” says Zsófia Szemerédy.
LPE also works with companies to revise slates and policies for long-term sustainability, offers script consulting to embed environmental values into storytelling, and provides training, panels, and courses to upskill industry professionals. Through ongoing research and strategic insights, they help clients stay ahead of trends while aligning with global goals. Additionally, LPE supports sustainable funding applications and offers strategic advice to guide productions toward systemic, long-term impact.
Based in London and Budapest, LPE works predominantly across the UK, Central, Eastern and Western Europe, including at launch in Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Czechia, Bulgaria and on a bespoke basis for the rest of the world.
LPE’s guiding philosophy is collaboration. “We believe that transformation comes from partnerships—not prescriptions,” Szemerédy adds. “Whether it’s a feature film, episodic series, or industry training, our goal is to meet teams where they are and help them build momentum toward a more sustainable future.”
