Keshet International revealed its Fall slate of international scripted and nonscripted content. The list includes “Furia,” feature documentary “9/11,” “The Twenty-Year Anniversary,” and various finished tape and covid-19 safe formats. “We look forward to showcasing our slate to clients over the coming weeks and connecting them with content that works for their schedules, whether it's a quality factual finished tape, or COVID-safe formats,” Keren Shahar, KI’s COO and President of Distribution said.

Nent Group and ZDF’s “Furia’,” created by Gjermund Stenberg Eriksen and produced by Norway’s Monster Scripted and Germany’s X Film Creative Pool, is directed by Magnus Martens and Lars Kraume. The female-led 8-part thriller showcases the violent right-wing extremism. It stars starring Ine Marie Willmann, who plays an undercover cop named Ragna. The movie is currently being filmed in Norway and Germany for a 2021 release. Created by Arthur Cary and produced by Top Hat Productions for BBC One’s 2021 schedule, the documentary “9/11: The Twenty-Year Anniversary” examines the tragic terroristic occurrence that took place in the United States in 2001. KI pre-sold the film in France to Canal+Group, in Denmark to TV2, in Sweden to TV4, in the Netherlands to RTL, and in the United States to Discovery.  “We are honored to be headlining our Fall slate alongside such prestigious and internationally relevant titles as Furia and 9/11: The Twenty-Year Anniversary,’” Shahaar said. “Our world may have fundamentally changed, but what we do hasn’t.”

This autumn season’s lists also consist of “Keshet Tresor Fiction,” a 4-part German adaptation of the Israeli black comedy “Stockholm,” created for TVNow and Vox, along with season two for KAN and Keshet 12 in Israel. “Unter Freunden Stirbt Man Nicht Among Friends” is also featured. The title tells the story of a group of friends in their prime, who keep the death of their scientist friend a secret. The format for the second season of the series, “Stockholm,” created and written by Noa Yedlin, and produced by Artza Productions is currently under development as a feature film by Keshet Studios for the US and global markets. The 20 30-minute episodes of Yoav Gross Productions’ sitcom “The Farmer Wants a Life “ for Keshet 12 in Israel, is also included.

On the formats side, KI is announced Tedy Productions’ “Can’t Stop the Music,” set for a Spring premiere on Keshet 12 in Israel, along with “Singletown,” remade by Discovery Networks in both Denmark and Norway, July August Productions’ explosive gameshow “BOOM!,” with over 20 remakes, “Deal With It!,” which has been remade in 17 territories to date; and Tuesday’s Child’s play-along musical game show “The Hit List,” which has recently been remade in the Netherlands (NPO) by Vincent TV while the third series is currently premiering on BBC One.

The slate’s English-language factual finished tape consists of Rumpus Media’s “Weekend Breaks with Gregg Wallace” for Channel 5 in the UK, “Masterchef” which was recently ordered by BBC Two in the UK for the fourth season, Owl Power’s “Mortimer and Whitehouse: Gone Fishing,” Wood Cut Media’s “America’s Most Evil Killers,” Sky’s “Pick,” “World Most Evil Killers,” and Crackit Productions’ “Lesbian Guide to Straight Sex” for Channel 5 in the UK. Other Channel 5 acquisitions listed in the slate include “Hoarders: Buried Alive in My Bedroom” “Casualty 24/7,” and Hello Halo Production’s “River Hunters” for The History Channel in the UK.
