Content creation, distribution and licensing studio One Animation has secured a raft of international deals with broadcasters in Europe, Latin America, and across Asia Pacific for the latest third season (60x7’) and specials of the beloved global preschool comedy “Oddbods”.

TeleTOON+ (a Canal+ Group channel) in France and TV3 Catalunya in Spain are onboard for season 3, as well as Turner Latin America. Moreover, Mango TV (China) has taken up season three and new short form content.

Furthermore, One Animation’s appointed agent for Asia (excluding China), Bomanbridge Media, has added new deals for the long-form series, as well as the seasonal specials. Juggernaut kids’ broadcasters include Eastern Broadcasting’s YoYo (Taiwan), Mediacorp (Singapore), and RTV (Indonesia).

ABC (Australia) has acquired a second season of “Oddbods” short-form compilations, while new VOD platforms are also joining the “Oddbods” party. AVOD platform Tubi is airing “Oddbods” short form and other One Animation content in the US, UK, Latin America and Australia; iQiYi Taiwan is taking “Oddbods” long-form seasons one and two, while Malaysia’s Astro network has acquired VOD rights for short-form “Oddbods” season one and the “Zee Force Five” special.

“‘Oddbods’ continues to be a highly sought-after property for both linear and on-demand platforms, with our specials providing fans a longer form treat for a seasonal highlight. We are excited to welcome new broadcast partners and strengthen our ties with existing ones through this wave of deals,”  commented Michele Schofield, SVP of Content Distribution at One Animation.

“Oddbods” is a globally loved, twice Emmy Award-nominated, non-dialogue comedy featuring seven adorable, highly unique pals. Together, despite their differences, they survive the perils of everyday life, unintentionally turning ordinary situations into unexpected, extraordinary, and always humorous events. The quirky but totally charming "Oddbods" celebrate individuality in a funny, warm and unexpected way.
