PARADE MEDIA TAPS CÉSAR DÍAZ TO HEAD LATAM OPERATIONS

The British distributor appointed the executive and its distributor 7A MEDIA, based in Florida, to conduct its regional operations and boost its catalog of premium content.

UK Indie, Parade Media, has appointed Florida-based distributor 7A Media’s César Díaz to boost its sales presence in Latin America and promote Parade’s catalogue of multi-genre Premium Lifestyle & Factual programming.

Diaz has worked for over 40 years in the television industry and was Vice President of Sales for Cisneros Media Distribution until late 2014 when he decided to launch his own company 7A Media, dedicated to content development, international sales and consulting.

Matthew Ashcroft, CEO of Parade Media says, “We are delighted to welcome Cesar to the team and look forward to building on an already established footing within the region”.

Parade’s business in the region has been expanding of late, with sales lifestyle titles such as Season 3 of The Home Team (13 x 30’) by Injaus and The Sun Channel which bagged United Plates of America. Tastemade in the US has also picked up Luke Nguyen’s Railway Vietnam for their Linear, SVOD & AVOD platforms.
