Paramount Animation has named Jennifer Dodge as its new president, the studio announced in recent reports. Dodge, who will report to co‑chairs Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein, will assume her role on January 5th 2026, taking over from Ramsey Naito following her departure earlier this quarter.
Dodge arrives from Spin Master Entertainment where she served as president and oversaw global entertainment and franchise businesses including the “PAW Patrol” films, which collectively earned almost $350 million at the global box office during her tenure. Prior to that she held senior roles at Nickelodeon, developing original content for children’s networks. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for Paramount Animation as the studio looks to expand its pipeline of franchise‑driven animated features worldwide.
Goldberg and Greenstein described Dodge as “an exceptional creative executive and producer with a proven track record of building franchises that connect with global audiences. Her deep understanding of storytelling, world‑building, and brand development make her the ideal leader to shape the next era of Paramount Animation.” In response, Dodge said she was “thrilled to join Paramount Animation and ready to build upon the studio’s legacy of inventive, high‑quality storytelling” while helping to chart its next phase of growth.
For Paramount, the move signals a strategic emphasis on leveraging established IP and franchise potential to drive growth in the competitive animation market. With Dodge at the helm, the studio is positioning itself to amplify its global footprint and strengthen its offering in family entertainment.
