Adriana Sinisterra, co-founder of Scenika Consulting, has more than 25 years of experience as an international corporate lawyer, advising industry giants such as Fox International Channels, The Walt Disney Company, and Universal Music Group. She is licensed to practice law in New York, England and Wales, and Colombia, and is recognized for her ability to shape strategies, structure deals, and foster global partnerships.
Paola Alvarado, also a co-founder, is an experienced legal and business affairs advisor with over 20 years of experience across Latin America, the U.S. Hispanic market, and Spain. She has led legal teams at Dynamo Producciones, TIS Studios (formerly FoxTelecolombia, now part of the Paramount group), and Citytv. She also served as Corporate Manager at Golf Channel Latin America and was a board member of Asomedios. Alvarado’s expertise in international contract negotiation, intellectual property, and M&A has earned her recognition from The Legal 500 and Vanguard Law Magazine.
