Silverlining Rights has closed pre-sale deals with multiple international broadcasters for upcoming documentary series "Lip Reading The Royals", produced by Content Kings.

In “Lip Reading The Royals” (3x60’), a team of expert lip readers analyze key footage of the British Royal Family’s most public moments — from weddings to walkabouts — to reveal what is actually being said behind the carefully controlled royal image. Offering unprecedented access to the whispered words of the King and Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the series sheds new light on family dynamics during major events such as funerals, coronations, parties, and even appearances at the races.

The series will air in the UK as a 90-minute special on Channel 5, and has already been sold to several international platforms: Seven (Australia), TVI (Portugal), Hot 8 (Israel), LRT (Lithuania), and True Royalty TV for U.S. audiences via Prime Video, Comcast Xfinity, and Roku Premium.

Bethan Corney, founder and Managing Director at Silverlining, highlights that viewers will be able to see the Royal Family as they've never seen them before: “For decades, we’ve watched the Royal Family from afar as they whisper asides to each other or engage in stilted conversations on the balcony at Buckingham Palace, in the pews at Westminster Abbey or on foreign tours. But we’ve never really known what they are actually saying out of earshot, especially at times of high drama and royal turmoil. Now, for the first time, this series uncovers what their private conversations reveal about relationships and royal duty. Content Kings has delivered an eye — and ear-opening — series which will be a huge draw to the millions of people around the world fascinated by the Royal Family,” commented.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Levi, CEO of Content Kings and creator and executive producer of the series, praised their partners: ‘We are thrilled to be working with Bethan and her team at Silverlining and can’t wait to build “Lip Reading The Royals” into a returning and growing factual hit together,” added.
