Sphere Abacus (SA) has acquired worldwide distribution rights (excluding the UK) to explosive documentary "Delivered to a Predator: Al Fayed’s Fixer." The 1 x 47 minute film aired last week on the UK’s Channel 4 as part of its investigative current affairs strand 'Dispatches,' receiving exceptional critical acclaim.

Hana Palmer, Head of Sales at SA comments: “This is a compelling and highly disturbing documentary – powerfully and empathetically presented by Cathy Newman. We are extremely pleased to have the opportunity to share yet another shocking layer in the appalling story of
Fayed’s exploitation of young women to as wide an international audience as possible.”

Produced by award-winning BriteSpark Films renowned for telling powerful crime stories, "Delivered to a Predator: Al Fayed’s Fixer" follows reporter Cathy Newman as she witnesses testimony from victims of former Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed who allege that a female
former senior employee of the store was instrumental in enabling and covering up their rape and abuse by the notorious billionaire across more than a decade. Newman hears how the woman would recruit young girls inside the retail premises and even out on London’s streets, then deliver
them to Al Fayed. Afterwards, Newman hears how she would threaten and persuade the women to keep quiet about what happened to them.
