Following 13 years of top-notch ratings, TeamTO’s Emmy-nominated animated comedy, "Angelo Rules" heads into a sixth season with co-production partners France Télévisions, Canal+ and Super RTL. The new season is scheduled to launch in France and Germany in early 2026.

Marion Winter, Senior Manager Program Acquisition & Co-Productions, Super RTL, stated: “'Angelo Rules' has been a highlight in our TOGGO kids’ program since 2010. With a unique combination of creativity and intelligence, the title hero and his friends have accompanied several generations of German children as they grew up. We can't wait to continue this success with some crazy new adventures.”

Based on a popular book series by Sylvie de Mathuisieulx and illustrated by Sébastien Diologent, "Angelo Rules" has aired in over 100 territories on premium platforms like Cartoon Network (EMEA, Latin America, Asia), RAI (Italy), Televisióde Catalunya (Spain), and TG4 (Ireland). The show has generated consistent high ratings throughout its long TV presence; in France "Angelo" consistently outperformed the average ratings in its time slot especially among 4-10 year old boys and it has aired on France Télévisions and Canal +. Likewise on Super RTL, the series regularly outperforms the channel's average with a slightly stronger viewing among boys 6-9.

The latest series of "Angelo Rules" brings the total number of Angelo’s animated exploits to 312 11-minute episodes and one Christmas special. In addition to a decade+ of reliable ratings results, Angelo Rules has also generated ancillary products including standalone magazines and four popular digital games.

"Angelo Rules" has been widely recognized within the animation industry, receiving a Pulcinella Award for Best Kids TV Series (Cartoons on the Bay 2010); and nominations at the 2013 Emmy® Kids Awards; 2013 Trickfilm Festival; 2012 Anima Mundi; and 2011 BANFF World Media Festival.
