"El Toque de Aarón" is a production of Cocina Media (a unit of Mecenas) in collaboration with Group M. In this second season, Aarón Sánchez, along with talented designer Cris Mercado and project manager Ángel Riveros, dedicate their talent and experience to completely transforming restaurants with owners and staff, offering them advice and mentorship to elevate their operations to the maximum and better respond to the demands of the demanding Los Angeles market.

In their effort to represent the diversity of Latin cuisine, this time, the program will access the kitchens of Baja Chef, a Mexican seafood delights restaurant in Redondo Beach; Mojitos, a Cuban restaurant managed by a Mexican in San Fernando; Los Molcajetes, a Salvadoran pupusa restaurant in Filipinotown; Zarape, a Mexican food restaurant with a gourmet touch in West Hollywood; Delia’s House, a Mexican home-cooked food establishment in Eagle Rock; Quiadaiyn Restaurant, an Oaxacan place in the heart of Venice Beach, and El Carpintero, a Mexican restaurant in the heart of Burbank.

Aarón Sánchez, detailed the concept behind the second season: "It has been deeply gratifying to see the incredible impact of the first season of 'El Toque de Aarón', not only on the restaurants we had the privilege to work with but also on the community. This adventure is a testament to the resilience, passion, and flavors of the Latin culture. In the second season, we aspire to explore even more deeply the rich culinary heritage and spirit that define our community. This program aims for much more than just improving spaces and menus; our intention is to make the dreams of the participants come true and to showcase the richness of Latin culinary excellence," noted.
