Love Nature 4K announces the launch of its premium 4K natural history channel on Russian pay-tv platform Tricolor. Subscribers now have access to Love Nature’s extensive library of original programming, which includes hundreds of hours of natural history content in 4K and HD. The channel is fully localized in Russian.

Love Nature 4K features award-winning natural history productions and family-friendly, original content in 4K and HD. The deal was brokered by Thema Russia and overseen by Chiara McKee, Vice-President, EMEA, Kids & Global Networks, Blue Ant Media. The launch on Tricolor expands the channel’s reach in Russia, where it is also available on the pay-tv platform Rostelecom, in 4K both on IPTV and OTT.

“The Russian market has a growing appetite for dynamic 4K content that goes beyond static scenes and offers audiences compelling, character-led storytelling,” said Ward Platt, CEO, Global Networks & Kids, Blue Ant Media. “Bringing the channel to Tricolor allows us to share Love Nature 4K’s lineup of fascinating nature and wildlife stories with a wider Russian audience.”
