“Through My Window: Across the Sea”, the sequel to the Netflix’s hit film “Through My Window”, has now a release date. Clara Galle and Julio Peña will reprise their magnetic roles as Raquel and Ares. Newly directed by Marçal Forés, the movie expands the universe created by Wattpad author Ariana Godoy, who has once again collaborated closely on the screenplay with Eduard Solà. Wattpad WEBTOON Studios developed the film’s sequel. It is produced by Nuria Valls and Adrián Guerra from Nostromo Pictures.

Summer, the sea and the idyllic landscapes of the Catalonian Costa Brava are the scenery for the new adventures of Ares (Peña), Raquel (Galle) and their entourage. Returning to the franchise include Eric Masip and Hugo Arbués as Artemis and Apolo, Ares' siblings; Natalia Azahara and Guillermo Lasheras as Daniela and Yoshi, Raquel's tireless friends; and Emilia Lazo as Claudia, the Hidalgo family's employee. Andrea Chaparro, Ivan Lapadula and Carla Tous join the cast as three new characters who will play a relevant role in the twists and turns of the young lovers' relationship.

This teen drama that offers a different vision of love and friendship was shot entirely in Catalonia, Spain. Ares is off to study in Stockholm, and he and Raquel are in a long-distance relationship, which is more challenging than they had anticipated. When summer arrives and they are reunited, they begin to question whether their relationship can endure the test of time.
