PEACOCK REVEALED NEW UNSCRIPTED ORIGINAL SLATE

The unscripted series titles include “Ex Rated" and the “Real Housewives of Miami." Other titles include “Untitled Craig Robinson Project,” “Bust Down,” “John Wayne Gacy: Devil In Disguise,” and sports series “Michael Phelps: Medical Memories & More,” and “The Amber Ruffin Show.”

Peacock announced all-new programming at the Television Critics Association Press Tour. The titles featured in the new programming “Ex Rated” which has been picked up with host and executive producer Andy Cohen, “Real Housewives of Miami” are in development. Other titles include “Untitled Craig Robinson Project,” “Bust Down,” “John Wayne Gacy: Devil In Disguise,” and sports series “Michael Phelps: Medical Memories & More,” and “The Amber Ruffin Show.”“Peacock is committed to expanding the breadth and depth of our content and pushing the boundaries of compelling storytelling across genres,” said Susan Rovner, Chairman, Entertainment Content, NBCUniversal Television, and Streaming. “I am excited to unveil a dynamic slate of new programming that truly offers something for everyone, whether you’re a fan of comedy, reality, true crime, or sports.”

“Ex Rated” showcases pop culture, hosted and executively produced by Andy Cohen. The new format was created and developed by BBC Studios’ Los Angeles production arm and Mighty Productions and will be produced by BBC Studios. Eric Pankowski will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Ryan O’Dowd will executive produce for BBC Studios, and Lynn Sutcliffe and Hugh Rycoft executive produce for Mighty Productions. Andy Cohen will also serve as executive producer. “Real Housewives of Miami” is produced by Purveyors of Pop with Matt Anderson, Nate Green, and Cooper Green serving as executive producers. Andy Cohen will also executive produce.

Ten episodes of “Untitled Craig Robinson Project” have been ordered. The format tells a story about class, capitalism, and one man’s quest to achieve the American dream. And also about hunting really big snakes. The project reunites and is written by Craig Robinson with co-creator Dan Goor and executive producer Luke Del Tredici. Robinson and Mark Schulman also serve as executive producers. The show is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group. “Bust Down” is executively produced by Lorne Michaels. Six episodes have been ordered, with Andrew Singer and Hilary Marx also serving as executive producers. Richie Keen served as a director.

Peacock has ordered a six-part documentary series “John Wayne Gacy: Devil In Disguise,” initiating Peacock’s path into unscripted and true-crime programming. The docuseries tells the chilling story of one of the world’s most notorious serial killers told through the words of Gacy himself, those who were forever changed by his unspeakable deeds and those who believe that the full truth about the case remains concealed to this day.

The original “John Wayne Gacy: Devil In Disguise” premieres on Thursday, 25th March, with all six episodes set to premier. From NBC News Studios and Rod Blackhurst, the series is executively produced by Rod Blackhurst, Alexa Danner, Elizabeth Fischer, and Tracy Ullman. Alison True will serve as an executive consultant. The three-part series, “Michael Phelps: Medals, Memories & More” from NBC Sports is set to exclusively premiere on Peacock before the Tokyo Olympics. Each episode of the series will feature a different era of his Olympic career. The series is produced by NBC Sports. Amber Ruffin is a writer, executive producer, and host of the WGA Award-nominated series “The Amber Ruffin Show” on Peacock.
