Inside Content hosted the Semi-Final Round of the International Emmy Awards in the Best Performance by an Actor category. The event was held at the French Institute of Madrid, where the jury spent the day reviewing and voting on the submitted entries.

The jury, composed of 15 distinguished professionals from the Spanish and international audiovisual industry, carefully evaluated the performances competing in this category. The winner will be revealed at the International Emmy Awards ceremony, set to take place on November 25 at the Hilton Midtown Hotel in New York City.

The Emmy Awards represent the highest level of international recognition a television program can achieve. Inside Content, the company behind events like Conecta Fiction , Conecta Fiction & Entertainment, Conecta Digital , and ONSeries, has been hosting one of the semi-final rounds for the past five years. In 2020 and 2021, they collaborated with the Academy to organize the semi-final round for the Short-Form Series category. In 2022 and 2023, they took on the Non-Scripted Entertainment category, and this year, they are hosting the round for the Best Performance by an Actor category.

The jury for this year´s awards was composed, as always, of distinguished professionals from the audiovisual industry, each bringing their extensive experience and expertise to the selection process. This year, the panel included actors Pedro Casablanc and Pol Monen; Sofía Fábregas, VP of Original Production at Disney; Ricardo Cabornero, Director at Prime Video Spain; and José Pastor, Director of Cinema and Fiction at RTVE. The jury also featured renowned casting directors Eva Leira and Yolanda Serrano (Leira y Serrano), Luci Lenox, María Rodrigo, and Andrés Cuenca (Globomedia). Completing the panel were executives Roger Gual; Pilar Blasco, CEO of Banijay Iberia; Víctor García, Managing Director of Unicorn Content; Cristina Alcelay, Scripted Director at Garbo Produzioni; and Sara Fernández-Velasco, CEO of Grupo iZen.

All of them gathered under the supervision of Nathaniel Brendel, Senior Director, EmmyJudging at The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and were accompanied by the Inside Content team and its CEO Géraldine Gonard as hosts of the event, along with Laurent Coulon, Cultural and Audiovisual Attaché in Spain of the French Embassy in Spain, and Eric Tallon, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action of the French Embassy in Spain and Director of the French Institute in Spain.
