The event offers a three-day smart conference agenda, including thought-leadership keynotes and panel discussions. Executives will share their visions for the future, discuss strategic insights, and explore content priorities. Let us take a closer look at the distinguished speakers.
In the first place, Leonardo Aranguibel, VP and Head of Production Operations and Strategy for The Walt Disney Company Latin America, brings extensive experience to the event. He coordinates creative and operational efforts across diverse production sectors, including general entertainment, kids’ content, factual programming, and unscripted shows. Previously, Aranguibel served as director of production at Disney Media Distribution Latin America until 2019. Since joining Disney-ABC International Television in 2005, he has spearheaded original project development throughout Latin America and the US Hispanic market, adapting iconic series like "Desperate Housewives" and "Grey’s Anatomy" for Brazil, Mexico, and other territories.
Also joining is Marta Ezpeleta, CEO of The Mediapro Studio (effective January 1, 2025). She will succeed Laura Fernández Espeso, who will become CEO of Grup Mediapro. Ezpeleta has an illustrious career spanning over two decades, starting in 1998 at The Walt Disney Company, where she played a key role in launching Disney’s TV channels in Spain and Portugal. She later became General Manager of Distribution for the Iberian Peninsula, overseeing marketing content from Disney’s leading brands such as Pixar, Marvel, and Lucasfilm. In 2019, Ezpeleta joined The Mediapro Studio as Director of International Distribution and Co-Productions. Under her leadership, TMS projects like "The Head", "Celeste", "Quiet", "The Famous Five", and "Express" have reached audiences in over 100 countries.
In addition, Raúl Berdonés, Founder and Executive President of Secuoya Content Group, brings a wealth of expertise. Secuoya has grown into a global powerhouse in content creation, production, and distribution, employing more than 2,000 permanent staff and collaborating with 10,000 professionals worldwide. Since 2023, Berdonés has been the majority shareholder of Secuoya, the only Spanish-owned independent global content group. He is also President of the Audiovisual Cluster of Madrid. Notably, in 2021, Berdonés launched Secuoya Studios, specializing in Spanish-language content. The studio has delivered acclaimed series like "Montecristo", "Zorro", and "Supernormal", along with successful films and documentaries.
Lastly, Javier Pons, Executive Vice President of Telemundo Studios, will share his insights.
