The Propelle Content Accelerator initiative — a partnership between Realscreen and Abby Greensfelder´s Everywoman Studios designed to support the careers of up-and-coming women creators by pairing them with leaders in the industry for mentorship and project workshopping — is unveiling the mentors for its 2025 edition.

Launched in 2020, the program supports up-and-coming women creators through project development and pitch mentorship designed to ensure more diverse voices are seen and heard in the non-fiction ecosystem. The upcoming 2025 edition of the program sees A+E Networks come on board as a partner, with A+E executives hosting private pitch sessions with program finalists at the 2025 Realscreen Summit in Miami, where the winner will be awarded a $25,000 development deal.

Joining the program as mentors are: Kate Beal — Chief Executive Officer, Woodcut Media; Mioshi Hill — President, Sirens Media; Molly Micallef — Unscripted Development Executive; and Jenna Keane and Toni Miceli — CCO and CEO respectively, RTR Media.

Kate Beal is founder and CEO of UK-based Woodcut Media ("The Queens that Changed the World"), a female-led operation with a diverse team at its core, whose main ethos is to provide an honest and trusted voice and create programming that tells incredible stories with creativity, authenticity and care. As president of ITV America label Sirens Media ("Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey"), Mioshi Hill leads all creative development and production, overseeing a roster of content that encompasses a variety of unscripted genres and formats, propelling stories rooted in pop culture and relevant issues, fronted by splashy talent.

Molly Micallef, most recently senior director of unscripted development for Reese Witherspoon’s "Hello Sunshine", has more than 13 years experience across production companies, television networks, and digital media. Before "Hello Sunshine", Molly was manager of development for Travel Channel, director of development for Refinery29, and on Discovery Channel´s programming team, where she produced award-winning live and multiplatform events Jenna Keane, chief creative officer for Toronto-headquartered RTR Media, has more than 25 years’ experience developing and producing 500+ hours of content with a specialty in lifestyle and reality.

Toni Miceli is chief executive officer and partner at RTR Media, overseeing all facets of production and development for the company, with credits including HGTV’s hit Home Town and its spin-offs. Launched in 2020, the Propelle Content Accelerator program helps women creators gain access to an established production company and a network of industry contacts, while learning how to develop ideas so that they are pitch-ready and sellable. The goal: to bring more women creators into the non-fiction ecosystem and have more diverse voices crafting content.
