MYZEN TV SUPPORTS ITS VIEWERS WITH NEW FIT AND HEALTHY PROGRAMMING

The network is offering more than 10 hours a day of yoga and exercises, of well-being, cooking programs to keep the audience active at home.

In the constraining period of almost worldwide quarantine, MyZen TV is eager to give even more support to its viewers, to inspire them and to give very important tips on how to continue to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. The channel’s grid has been enriched with the new programs so that the viewers can exercise, prepare healthy meals, travel in nature, be inspired by other people’s stories while staying at their homes.

“MyZen TV’s current programming is helping people to exercise and stay healthy during this difficult period with our content selection about yoga, fitness, pilates, stretching, meditation, relaxation, eating well, etc. While staying home, we can still exercise, travel, enjoy lifestyle inspirations, and be entertained with MyZen TV,” commented Nela Pavlouskova, Managing Director of MyZen TV.

The viewers can follow various exercises such as yoga, pilates, stretching, fitness or relaxation, meditation every day in the mornings and afternoons and they also can enjoy eating well, easy detox recipes, culinary inspirations and DIY gardening tutorials.

The audience also can learn about ecology with the brand new Season 6 of "Herbarium". The cooking magazine introduces the viewers to original and healthy recipes using seasonal products, in harmony with nature.

My Zen TV is airing a special weekend to help the viewers stay in shape, besides "Olivia's Gardens" where the program teaches planting, sowing and eating produce from the vegetable garden and "Urban Natures" that explores the latest trend: urban gardening. Here, the city becomes a playground for talented gardeners like the host David Jeannerot.
