Iain Coyle and Joe McVey open new comedy outfit with Nest Productions infrastructure and hires. With a focus on producing comedy and entertainment content for brands, influencers and traditional broadcast media, they will use their extensive network of contacts in the broadcast world to bring their expertise to a wide range of platforms.
The agreement is for exclusive screenings of "Miraculous World – London at the Edge of Time" in the Middle East. Multiple Miraculous partners to participate, including Playmates Toys, Spacetoon Events, KANDIZ, Party Center, and Colorland.
The Group revenue was stable at €4.2 billion, as higher TV advertising and streaming revenue were offset by lower content revenue from Fremantle. Group revenue was down 1.5% organically, with continued dynamic growth of RTL Group’s streaming services.
The announcement was made by BIG Media co-Founders Jon Loew, Danny Wilk, and Martin Kaše, along with ZDF Studios’ Director of Unscripted, Nikolas Huelbusch. The 2025 output deal will include multiple series, with a guaranteed minimum of 18 hours.
