After losing $37.7 million in Q4, but surpassing $67 million revenue projections, the company, which recently reached 29.5 million total subscribers, is on track to reach nearly 60 million global subscribers by 2025.
The comedy drama series based on the best-selling novel by Marc Levy is the first french co-production commissioned by Canal+ Group and Starzplay and Studiocanal will distribute it internationally.
The drama series will launch on the network and its corresponding app on 16th May in the US. Red Arrow also sold the show to HBO Europe for CEE, the Nordics, Spain and Portugal, Sky Network Television for New Zealand, and Yes for Israel.
The drama will debut in MENA through Starz Play, being the first Turkish drama to be available almost on a day-to-date basis with the original broadcast as the first run. In Latin America, TVN Chile will be the first TV channel to air the series on the region.
During its "Starz: Take The Lead" virtual event, the network covered its efforts to become more inclusive, including its growing team of women and colored executives, its new “Take The Lead Directors Program" and its monthly "Transparency Talks" sessions.
