The multi-year exclusive partnership sees the launch of Kay’s own label, Observatory Pictures, which will coproduce with New Pictures all new content created by Kay. All3Media International will be the worldwide distribution partner. The deal to set up Observatory Pictures and partner with New Pictures and All3Media was brokered by Willow Grylls at New Pictures and Joe Phillips at Curtis Brown.

Produced by FAM  Contenidos, the film is directed by Celso  R.  García while Milagros Roque  Pitt, Alejandro  Cacetta, and Fernando  Blanco are executive producers.The drama stars Carolina Miranda, Michel Brown, Maya Zapata, and Mario Morán.

Mediatoon Distribution will oversee international sales for the second season of "ZOUK" (52X11’), now in production and expected to be delivered in 2026. In addition, Mediatoon Distribution will continue to manage the international sales of "The Adventures of Little Brown Bear", a 2D adaptation of the same franchise.

The show is produced by 9 Story Media Group and animated by its studio Brown Bag Films in partnership with Warner Bros, Discovery and CBC Kids. It will be a 52-episode series of 11 minutes each.

Development will start soon on an adaptation of the novel. The option was brokered by Anna Weguelin on behalf of Cathryn Summerhayes at the Curtis Brown Group.
