Max will launch with a range of subscription tiers, including premium, standard and an ad-supported tier. Further details about subscription tiers, pricing, content and product features on Max will be shared in the weeks prior to launch.
They will be based at WBD’s Advertising Sales headquarters in Hudson Yards, New York, and will lead the unit’s nationwide team, which includes offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, and Knoxville, Tennessee.
MediaForEurope has made an offer for TVN's free-to-air business, targeting an EBITDA of around 500 million zlotys ($123.71 million). Polish businessman Michal Solowow, through his MS Galleon fund, and media group WP Holding have also submitted bids, with WP Holding reportedly joining forces with another entity linked to InPost CEO Rafal Brzoska.
