Fremantle will now manage worldwide rights for Jamie Oliver's TV distribution, AVoD, FAST, and digital platforms, along with a shared commitment to developing new entertainment ventures.
The programme supports the audiovisual sector by funding selected projects related to film development and distribution, online and TV content, as well as the creation of innovative tools and business models in the audiovisual industry.
The company will manage relationships with current international distribution partners for its existing catalogue as well as new commissions, and will have responsibility for licensing rights directly for IP not currently represented by partners.
The new agreement will feature the ad-supported version of Max as part of the Sky bundle at no additional cost when it debuts in the UK and Ireland in early 2026.
