The search was made evident on a Tuesday posting through which the company sought out a leading production attorney to work alongside creatives to produce service agreements. The move follows a series of deals reach by the streamer with Quibi, HBO Max, and Peacock, among others.

The agreement will allow the show to expand into the US, UK and Canada on multiple platforms such as Roku, Amazon, and Apple. The show been sold to over 100 countries, including Italy, Spain, the US, UK, Benelux, Sweden, Lithuania, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, the Middle East.

The streaming outlet obtained more than 75 shows in total, summing up most of Quibi's multi-million original programming portfolio. It will offer the content free of charge.

The company’s account figure spiked by 39% in 2020, with total streaming hours surging by 55% at 17 billion. Approximately 61.8 million U.S. viewers had access to the channel during the fourth quarter of 2020.

The deal, close to its completion, could give the Roku Channel exclusive access to Quibi’s slate of programming. The price has not been disclosed.
