The highlight anticipated title garnered more than 300 million views after airing on 31 October on JiangsuTV and Tik Tik China. The format is owned by Syco Entertainment and distributed by Fremantle.
The Keshet Studios and Universal Television production's debut follows its pilot airing garnered 19.8 million viewers. Other titles that stemmed through the production collaboration include "The Missing" and "Echo 3."
The Star Canxing production serves as the first-ever Chinese adaptation partnering with Tiktok. Both JiangsuTV and Tik Tok China will broadcast the entertainment series.
The platform, which debuted with a slate of all-original content, now has the largest upcoming slate of local VOD originals in the country, ahead of both Netflix and established local rival BluTV, according to Ampere Analysis.
