Wayland will lead the organisation’s activities including overseeing Diamond annual reports into specific areas, as well as the implementation of a new, enhanced iteration of the diversity monitoring and reporting tool. She will also be responsible for delivering cross-industry initiatives to improve inclusivity and career opportunities for members of under-represented groups.

The companies will jointly promote collaborative projects in the field of audiovisual services, co-production of content, audiovisual rights and immersive experience.

The Mumbai office will be led by Indian Media Executive Devdatta Potnis.
